Happy Father's Day to my daddy. I was so sad that he never got to meet Laynie.

Now, I'm thrilled that they are together.

And someday, I will be with them... never to part again.

Laura: I like to eat. I like to read. I like to sleep on soft sheets. I like my kids. (that's saying a lot these days). I like my friends. I like a full tank of gas. I like church. and I like God..a lot. I don't like the line of crazy parents in the school drop off/pick up line. I don't like cheese, or at least I don't think I like it, then usually find myself eating it on everything. I don't like mean people. I wish that everyone would be kind to one another. I wish that my precious little granddaughter had been able to sustain her blood and still be with us. But mainly, I love life. It's messy and crazy and sad and happy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. When I die, I will be in heaven, I have no doubt. I wish that someday I will find the mate God has picked for me, and I live every single day like it's my last, because every second of your life is a gift.
